Not tax advice. All numbers, tokens and signatures below are EXAMPLE data. This guide covers record-keeping only. How any of this is treated where you live is a question for a tax professional.

If you trade Solana memecoins, your records are scattered across wallets, explorers and swap apps. The Nah Crypto Tax Tracker is a spreadsheet template (.xlsx) plus a step-by-step PDF guide. Log buys and sells (swaps as a sell plus a buy) and get FIFO cost basis, realized gain/loss per year, and current holdings by token.

What's in the workbook

Buy and Sell rows only. A swap is two rows: a Sell of what you gave and a Buy of what you got.
Tx hash in column G and Notes in column H, so every row can be traced back to its transaction.
One Fee column, in fiat. For fees: enter the combined fee once per swap, on the token's row, in fiat, and do it the same way all year.
FIFO across the whole file, by date and then row order.
An OVERSOLD flag in the Check column whenever a Sell has more units than the earlier Buys of that token.
A per-year Summary for 2024 to 2030: realized result and fees per year, plus holdings by token.
Plain formulas, no macros.

Airdrops are not calculated automatically: you can log them manually as a Buy row at a value you choose (e.g. 0 or fair value; ask an advisor which), as explained in the guide. The workbook accepts only Buy and Sell rows; transfers and staking can only be noted in the Notes column and are not calculated. FIFO only; not tailored to any country's tax rules.

No wallet connection: your data stays in your own file.

What a memecoin round trip looks like

An EXAMPLE: SOL bought on an exchange, two of them swapped into a memecoin, and the memecoin later swapped back into SOL.

What the workbook shows (recalculated in LibreOffice):

SOL leg of the first swap: FIFO cost 240.33 against proceeds of 300.00, so realized +59.67.
BONKX sale: cost 300.30, proceeds 399.70, realized +99.40.
Summary, 2025: 159.07 realized, 1.10 in fees. Every row says OK.
Holdings: SOL 3.5 (remaining cost 520.17), BONKX 0.

Leave out the exchange purchase and the workbook flags the first SOL row OVERSOLD, gives it no cost basis, and the Summary counts 1 row needing attention. The BONKX result (+99.40) is unaffected, but the sheet tells you something is missing before you rely on the totals.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

It suits you if you want your own file and are happy to enter or paste rows yourself, one swap at a time. It isn't a fit if you want a wallet connection or a cost method other than FIFO. It organises records and does not determine what you owe.
